As soon as you step into this stunning home, you'll be greeted by a large entry that leads to a generously sized queen bedroom. The sliding doors in this room open up to a secluded courtyard where you can enjoy complete privacy and protection. The courtyard features a BBQ, a ten-seater outdoor dining table with heating and a fan to keep you comfortable all year round.

The sparkling main bathroom is superbly renovated and includes a standalone bath, washing machine, condenser clothes dryer, and Tefal steam iron for your convenience. Downstairs, you'll find a second living space that can double as a bedroom or kids' retreat. It comes with a king single bunk bed, trundle bed, and double sofa bed. There is also a TV with Apple TV, so you can enjoy all your favourite streaming channels. The heart of this beautiful home is the upstairs area, which is fully air-conditioned and heated via a split system. A large stacker door opens to the sun-drenched balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine with your friends. Pets are welcome with prior notice. We simply ask that you don't allow them on the furniture and clean up after them inside and out. The yard is fully secure, so they will be very safe and happy. A porta cot and highchair are available at the property, but please bring your own linen for your little one.
